A unique circuit styled class that works every muscle hard! With an intensity that creates a massive metabolic disturbance that leaves the metabolism elevated for several hours post-workout. You will use a range of different equipment such as slam balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, powerbags and more.
Boxing will work your whole body and mind. You will be lead through rounds of different punches and combos.
